Hi, I’m Ashley Lombardi, a Registered Dietitian with 6 years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings. I completed my undergraduate studies at Rutgers University and earned my master’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages on a wide range of health concerns, including diabetes, heart health, hypertension, kidney disease, food allergies, plant-based diets, GI disorders, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, bariatric care, cancer, PCOS, transplant care, gut health, and perimenopause.
What drives me every day is the belief that nutrition is key to transforming lives. I’m passionate about helping people take control of their health and feel their best, no matter where they are in their wellness journey. I take a personalized approach to nutrition, working closely with clients to develop goals and strategies that truly fit their individual needs. As a strong listener, I focus on understanding each person’s unique challenges and preferences, always with the aim of making lasting, sustainable changes. My drive comes from the impact nutrition can have on improving lives, and I’m committed to using evidence-based practices to help create healthier communities.
"My goal in nutrition practice is to help my clients reduce the noise that is around them. We will work together to build healthy, sustainable food and lifestyle habits to help reach your goals. I will work with you to demystify the misinformation in mainstream and social media to foster long term success."
