Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a Registered Dietitian with 20 years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food, improve their wellbeing and reach their personal goals. When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, realistic approach that meets you exactly where you are. My goal is to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more doable in your everyday life, so you leave each session with clarity, confidence and a personalized plan that works for you.
My current focus is healthy weight loss and supporting individuals using GLP-1 medications. I understand the unique challenges that can come with this journey and I provide education, meal planning strategies and lifestyle tools that align with your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, boost energy or simply feel better in your body, I specialize in creating individualized strategies that are both sustainable and effective.
I earned my degrees in nutrition and dietetics and have practiced as an RD for two decades in genetics and weight management. This diverse background gives me a broad perspective and the ability to tailor recommendations for many different needs.
Outside of work, I love reading, traveling and spending time with my family and our dogs. You’ll often find me exploring a new workout routine, enjoying the outdoors or planning our next adventure.
I became a dietitian because I’ve always believed in the power of food to transform health and life. After years of working in traditional healthcare, I was inspired to start my private practice to offer more personalized, hands-on support. Helping people feel empowered and confident in their health journey is what motivates me every day.
"My approach is rooted in compassion, personalization and practicality. No two people are alike and success comes from creating plans that honor both science and real life. Most importantly, I meet my clients where they are. Whether you need education, accountability or simply a cheerleader in your corner, my goal is to empower you with tools and support so that lasting change feels possible and achievable."
