I completed my dietetic internship in the Bronx, NY combined with a Master's degree from New York University. I have extensive experience across a variety of clinical settings, including acute and long-term care, outpatient services, dialysis, obesity medicine, and bariatric surgery.
I enjoy the outdoors such as traveling, hiking, beaches and admiring wildlife. Cooking and baking is a passion and always on the hunt for new recipes. I have been a plant based eater most of my life. I am an animal lover and enjoy spending time with my pets.
I have enjoyed learning about nutrition from a very young age and knew I wanted to study this field and educate on healthy, sustainable and creative fun foods.
