Background

As a Registered Dietitian, I have spent my career helping individuals thrive across a wide range of settings, including acute care, long-term care, and private one-on-one counseling. In my private practice, I support both adult and pediatric clients on their health journeys. I frequently work with children navigating obesity, and a significant portion of my practice involves supporting neurodivergent youth with ADHD and  Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Additionally, I provide specialized, compassionate care for individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating.

I firmly believe that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. I use a client-centered approach to build a truly collaborative partnership with you or your family. Whether helping a client heal their relationship with food, assisting a neurodivergent adult with meal-planning barriers, or helping a parent make mealtime less stressful for their child, I focus on practical strategies rather than restriction. Together, we will focus on understanding nutrition, celebrating sustainable wins, and building a happy, healthy connection to food that lasts a lifetime.

When I am not working, I am usually making memories with my own friends and family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or planning my next outdoor adventure!

Approach

I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years and have learned that  nutrition therapy is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and individuality. I firmly believe that food is more than just fuel—it is a central part of your culture, joy, and daily life. Because nutrition is never one-size-fits-all, our work together will always focus on sustainable changes that fit your unique lifestyle, rather than strict rules or deprivation.
