Alison Powell, RD

Hi I'm Alison and I've been a dietitian for over 10 years working in hospitals, long term care, outpatient settings, and in numerous levels of eating disorder care. I practice from an all foods fit approach finding balance and enjoyment with meals. I am a registered dietitian and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS), helping clients to find a better relationship with food and their bodies. I'm passionate about ensuring the client feels heard in their needs and working toward their goals. I try to bring humor to sessions and make it a fun experience. You can expect to hear about my cat libby and get asked about your furry friends as well. In my free time you’ll find me in the mountains or gardening.
