Background

Hey friend! I’m Alexis Smith, a registered dietitian who helps women find peace with food and embrace nourishment that truly supports their health. With a Master’s degree in nutrition and a focus on women’s health and sports nutrition, I take a balanced, holistic approach that’s centered on the idea that our bodies are worthy of nourishment.

My personal journey of overcoming an eating disorder and healing from the lies of diet culture has given me a deep understanding of how freeing it is to let go of restrictive food rules and embrace a healthier, more joyful mindset. I became a dietitian because I want to support women in navigating the challenges I once faced and find clarity in a world that’s often confusing when it comes to food.

Too many of us were never taught how to nourish our bodies in a way that aligns with both health and enjoyment, and with so many conflicting messages out there, it can feel impossible to know where to start. My goal is to guide you on a path to healing so you can embrace true nourishment and step into a life that honors your body.

Outside of work, you’ll find me working out, in the kitchen making a new recipe, playing pickleball (and probably getting a little too competitive!), or soaking up time with my friends and family. I am incredibly blessed to live the life I do, and I strive to glorify God in all areas of my life—especially through the care and support I provide to my clients.

If you're ready to break free from diet culture and find a nourishing approach to health, I’d be honored to support you on your journey to becoming the healthiest, most empowered version of yourself.
