Abby Banks, RD

I graduated with a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2006. I spent the first 15 years of my practice working with individuals who were preparing to have, or had previously had, bariatric surgery. It is here I developed an individualized approach to weight management, while still adhering to sound nutrition practices.

My primary objective is to develop a healthy and realistic approach to managing health. Over time, I came to realize, and apply, this approach for many clients. Including: disease management, sports nutrition, overall health and wellness, and weight management.
