With five years of experience counseling clients in bariatrics, weight management, prediabetes, diabetes, women’s health, and overall healthy eating, I am passionate about helping people build a balanced and sustainable relationship with food.
I believe that nutrition should be simple, enjoyable, and tailored to your unique needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. All foods fit! I don’t believe in restrictive diets or guilt but instead focus on helping you eat in a way that fuels your body and fits your lifestyle.

When I’m not helping clients become the best versions of themselves, you can find me in the kitchen baking tasty treats or cooking up new recipes. I also enjoy kickboxing, reading, traveling, and cheering on my favorite Philadelphia sports teams!
