Teonna Thomas is a well-traveled Registered Dietitian with a voracious appetite to share the gift of wellness with others. Teonna earned her M.B.A., B.S. in Nutrition, and A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University; then completed her Dietetic Internship at The University of Oklahoma. Teonna is now a full-time Doctor of Clinical Nutrition student focusing on integrative health, bringing a holistic approach to her philosophy. Teonna embarked on her nutrition journey in 4th grade when the county hospital chose her school to participate in a pilot wellness program. Since then, passionate about the life-changing benefits of nutrition, she has focused on integrative health approaches, intuitive eating, and overall well-being. Teonna considers herself a lifelong learner who embraces food and nutrition through gardening, cooking, and community.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Teonna enjoys yoga, knitting, crocheting, gardening, poetry, reading, and exercise. Her favorite snack is coconut protein power balls with a fresh-pressed beverage.
