I graduated from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, with a medical degree and later pursued advanced studies in Medical Nutrition Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. I completed my internship year at Medical City Healthcare in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where I gained extensive clinical experience. For the past five years, I have worked as an inpatient dietitian at Medical City Health System while also serving patients in private practice at the Beloved Medicine Clinic.
My approach to patient care is rooted in the belief that nutrition is essential to achieving and maintaining optimal health. Through Medical Nutrition Therapy, I provide personalized, evidence-based strategies to prevent, manage, and improve a wide range of conditions. My medical background allows me to deeply understand disease mechanisms and the complex ways nutrition impacts health, enabling me to guide patients in developing healthier habits, managing chronic conditions, and achieving long-term wellness. By combining medical expertise with a nutrition-focused approach, I strive to empower each individual to reach their highest health potential.
