Hi, I’m a registered dietitian with 9 years of experience helping people take charge of their nutrition. I earned my master’s degree in dietetics from Eastern Michigan University, and ever since, I’ve been passionate about making nutrition approachable, enjoyable, and delicious.
I absolutely love all things food—cooking, experimenting in the kitchen, and of course, eating! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside soaking up the beauty of northern Michigan with my dogs. I’m a big fan of suspense thriller books, and there’s nothing I love more than getting lost in a good story. Music is a huge part of my life too—my playlists are all over the place, and if there’s dancing involved, even better!
I believe that nutrition doesn’t need to be overwhelming. I work to remove the stress, confusion, and fear that can often surround food and dietary changes. Together, we’ll cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters—building sustainable habits that support your long-term health and well-being. Whether you’re managing prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, or chronic kidney disease, my goal is to provide the guidance, tools, and support you need every step of the way.
My approach is rooted in understanding your individual needs, lifestyle, and preferences. No two people are the same, and your nutrition plan shouldn’t be either. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking to optimize your current management, I will help you understand the “why” behind the recommendations, not just the “what.” That way, you’ll be better prepared to make decisions confidently even outside of our sessions.
Most importantly, I aim to be a source of encouragement and accountability. Change takes time, and I’m here to walk with you through the process—celebrating progress, navigating setbacks, and helping you stay focused on what’s most important: your health and your goals.
By blending evidence-based guidance with compassion and clarity, I strive to make nutrition feel accessible and achievable—because you deserve to feel in control of your health.
