Hi, I’m Alexis Brooks, a passionate advocate for women’s health with over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian. My mission is to help women transform their health by addressing the root causes of hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, and digestive issues—empowering them to live vibrant, confident lives.
I hold a Master’s in Nutritional Science and have advanced training in Intuitive Eating, Integrative and Functional Nutrition, and hormone-specific testing techniques like the DUTCH test. My expertise also includes specialized knowledge in endometriosis and other reproductive health conditions through the Institute of Women’s Health.
In my practice, I developed The Hormone Code™, a holistic and evidence-based method that combines advanced testing, gut health optimization, inflammation management, and personalized nutrition and supplementation plans. Whether you're struggling with PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, or fertility challenges, I provide tailored solutions to help you achieve drama-free periods, balanced hormones, and boundless energy.
My journey isn’t just professional—it’s personal. After being diagnosed with endometriosis in 2021, I experienced firsthand how transformative nutrition can be for women’s health. This awakening reinforced my belief that small, intentional changes can profoundly impact cycles, fertility, and overall well-being.
"As an integrative and functional womenβs health dietitian, I take a root-cause approach to address hormonal imbalances, gut health, and fertility challenges. My goal is to simplify science into practical, personalized strategies that empower women to reclaim their health. With empathy, evidence-based tools, and a supportive community, I guide clients to lasting results. My own journey with endometriosis fuels my passion for helping women thrive with confidence and balance."
