Hi! I am a RD with experience in diabetes management, weight loss, oncology. pregnancy nutrition and healthy eating. My hope is to provide all my clients with tools to have a healthy relationship with foods without feeling restricted or overwhelmed in the choices they make.I love cooking, trying new foods, traveling, reading and running. The best part of being a dietitian is getting to see the positive changes that clients make and the autonomy that comes from being confident in making healthier choices based on what their specific goals and nutrition needs are.
