Livi is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) based in South Carolina. With a strong foundation in both the science of nutrition and the art of culinary creativity, she brings a holistic, client-centered approach to her practice.
Livi earned her undergraduate degree in Modern Languages from Furman University, and later pursued her passion for food and nutrition by completing a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences at Clemson University in 2020. Through her rigorous academic training and a 1200-hour supervised clinical internship, Livi developed the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals on their wellness journey.
With over 5 years of clinical experience, Livi has worked with a diverse range of patients, providing evidence-based nutrition guidance to support health, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall well-being. Her work spans various areas of nutrition, from weight management to digestive health and chronic disease prevention.
Livi is a strong advocate of a non-diet, weight-neutral, and intuitive eating approach. She believes in empowering her clients to build a healthy relationship with food, focusing on nourishment and self-care rather than restrictive dieting. By prioritizing individual needs and goals, Livi helps clients make sustainable, lasting changes that promote both physical and emotional health.
Livi now balances a love for running and cooking with her work as a dietitian and role as Mom to a fun, silly 5 year old.
If you're ready to take a compassionate and balanced approach to your health, Livi is here to guide and support you on your journey to better living.
