Outside of my practice, I’m an avid fan of mindfulness practices and enjoy building strength through yoga and strength training. I’m passionate about cooking, love hiking in nature, and have a deep appreciation for travel. I believe in balance and living life to the fullest, which is something I also encourage my clients to embrace.
