I help people make nutrition feel easier, especially when managing blood sugar or diabetes. I listen first and help you build food habits that actually work in real life.
I have been supporting people with nutrition since 2018. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Arizona State University and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in 2022.
Sessions are guided by your goals and concerns. I take time to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges so we can create habits that feel doable. Feeling frustrated or overwhelmed? That is okay. We will take it one step at a time.
Coming from a Mexican American background, I enjoy creating healthier, Mexican-inspired recipes that keep the flavors you love while supporting your goals. I also share a variety of other recipes and meal ideas to fit different routines and tastes.
I love to cook and test new recipes. My favorite food is tamales. As a mom, I know how busy life can get and how important it is for nutrition to be simple and flexible.
You will leave sessions feeling more confident around food, with clear next steps and practical tools like easy recipes and meal ideas. I would be happy to support you when you are ready.
When we meet, our sessions will feel more like a conversation than a medical appointment. It’s a low-pressure, judgment-free space where you lead, and I listen. I get to know you, your lifestyle, and what’s most important to you. Not sure where to start? We’ll figure it out together. We move at your pace when you’re ready. You’ll leave with tools like simple recipes and meal ideas to make nutrition feel easy and more enjoyable.
