Combining science, clinical experience, and a love of good food, I help people achieve balance, vitality, and confidence through nutrition that works for them. I earned my B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College with honors, completed my clinical training at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, and trained at The Renfrew Center for eating disorders. I’ve also earned postgraduate certifications from the Women’s Therapy Centre Institute and the William Alanson White Institute. I specialize in eating disorders, weight management, anti-aging, and pre- and post-operative nutrition—and I use this experience to create plans that fit your life, not the other way around.
Growing up in Italy, I learned that food is more than fuel—it’s a way to nourish both body and soul. My goal is to help you find that same joy while building lasting health, energy, and confidence.
