Hi! I'm Ryann, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build healthier relationships with food—and ultimately, with themselves. I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and that the best nutrition plan is one that fits your real life.
My journey into nutrition began through my own experiences. As a lifelong volleyball athlete, I discovered how powerful nutrition could be for my own performance and recovery. Later, after being diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), I became passionate about understanding how nutrition can support hormone health and improve my own quality of life. That personal experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others navigate their own health journeys with confidence and compassion.
Today, I enjoy working with individuals managing PCOS, improving sports performance, building sustainable nutrition habits, and supporting overall vibrancy in life. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, but I know that science alone doesn't create lasting change. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that works for your lifestyle, preferences, and goals—without perfection or unnecessary restriction.
Outside of my private practice, I work as a Performance Dietitian in the National Hockey League (NHL), where I help professional athletes fuel for performance and recovery. Working with elite athletes has reinforced something I believe is true for everyone: small, consistent habits often lead to the biggest results.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me teaching yoga, hiking up a mountain, near a body of water, staying active, spending time with family and friends, or a mixture of all five :)
No matter where you're starting, my goal is to meet you with empathy and nonjudgmental curiosity. I'd be honored to support you as you work toward feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident in your nutrition.
I believe the best nutrition plan is one you can actually enjoy and sustain. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with compassionate coaching to help you better understand your body, build confidence in your food choices, and create habits that support your goals for years to come.
