Background

Originally from Illinois, I am now based in Colorado, operating as a high-performance sports dietitian dedicated to helping elite athletes and professional cyclists.

I have an MS in Sports Nutrition and practice as a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). My career is driven by a deep fascination with the human engine. My background bridges top-tier clinical knowledge with elite sports environments—ranging from MiLB, Collegiate, Elite Endurance athletes, and Team USA.

When athletes step into my practice, they can expect a collaborative, evidence-based counseling relationship rather than a rigid, copy-paste meal plan. We look closely at data to provide a hands-on framework that adapts to your life, whether you are navigating the heavy caloric demands of peak competition, managing macro-periodization across training blocks, or accelerating healing during injury recovery. My goal is to calibrate your nutritional intake to match the shifting demands of your training, fostering a high-performance environment where your goals are executed with clinical precision—plate by plate.

My personal life entirely mirrors my professional obsession with movement, energy, and the outdoors. My appreciation for athletic community and competition first ignited in team sports and on the BMX pump track as a kid. That Midwest upbringing also left me a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. These days, I fully embrace the Colorado lifestyle. When I am not working, you can find me outside—downhill mountain biking (trial too!), skiing, or camping with my standard poodle right there with me for the ride.

I know firsthand what it takes to push yourself, we are all humans trying our very best, and I bring that exact same energy to nutrition counseling. If you are a weekend warrior, elite athlete, or just trying to increase your performance I am here to help.

Approach

My practice focuses on bridging the gap between metabolic science and podium performance. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, translating complex data into periodized fueling plans tailored to your training demands. I provide a hands-on framework for navigating competition, training blocks, and injury recovery to ensure intake needs are met. I am here to empower you to achieve your goals, plate by plate.
