Background

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with a Master of Public Health from University of North Carolina. My focus is in sports nutrition, alongside experience in eating disorders, menopausal health, and general wellness. My passion is helping athletes and active individuals fuel for performance, recovery, and long-term health while also supporting nutrition needs across different life stages.

I take an individualized, practical approach to performance nutrition—translating evidence-based science into simple, real-life strategies that fit training and work schedules, competition demands, and everyday life. Whether you’re working to improve energy availability, optimize body composition, support recovery, or navigate nutrition changes through different life stages, I meet you where you are and create a plan aligned with your goals.

My work blends performance nutrition with behavior change support, recognizing that the best fueling plan is one you can actually sustain. I focus on helping clients understand how and why to fuel their bodies so they can train harder, recover better, and perform with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, trying new recipes, and hanging out with my friends, family, and dog. My goal is for every client to feel confident, capable, and supported in fueling their body for both sport and life.
