Hi! My name is Kristy, and I am a registered dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience as well as outpatient experience. In addition to my nutrition experience, I have a master's degree in Psychology which enhances my counseling skills.
I have always had a passion for nutrition, and look forward to having the opportunity to work with others to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
I enjoy spending time with my family, spending time at the beach, getting caught up in a good book, as well as running and participating in Pilates classes.

I practice motivational interviewing, to obtain nutritional information in a way that makes the client feel comfortable to open up, without fear of judgement. Building rapport with each of my clients is my top priority in building a good working relationship with each client.
