I am Juliana Salas, a Non-Diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I graduated from Life University with a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master degree in Health Administration from Capella University. I am currently licensed to work in Florida and Maryland.
I am also an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Care Practitioner. I completed my training and certification at The Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
Working as outpatient dietitian, I counsel patients in a private clinical setting on topics including Disordered Eating, Functional Nutrition, Fibromyalgia, Food Sensitivities, Prenatal and Maternal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Disease, High Cholesterol, Digestive Disorders and more.
I am a Licensed Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Program and a Psychology of Eating Certified Coach. Needless to say, I deeply believe that the body is a complex organism, requiring much more than just the basics of food, water and exercise. In order for your entire body to function optimally, the mind, body and the emotions also need support.
I am also a Reiki Master who believes that there is a powerful connection between our mind, our body and our spirit. This is where Reiki comes in to support you.
Lastly, One of my greatest passions is cooking. Having spent 9 months at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and being born in Brazil , I deeply appreciate a variety of international cuisines.
Integrative and Functional Nutrition Care Practitioner trained at IFNA, I work as an outpatient dietitian specializing in disordered eating, digestive health, prenatal nutrition, cardiovascular disease, and food sensitivities. I’m also a Mindful Eating and Psychology of Eating coach, Reiki Master, and Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef, blending science, mind-body care, and global culinary passion to support whole-person wellness.
