I’m a Registered Dietitian with over five years of clinical experience, and I’m passionate about helping people feel supported and confident in their health journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and my Master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. I’m also a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) and am currently completing my Integrative & Functional Nutrition certification through IFNA.
My approach to nutrition is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. My own journey with PCOS and hormonal health taught me how overwhelming and frustrating symptoms can feel and how impactful it is to have the right support and guidance.
I work with individuals navigating hormonal imbalances, PCOS, thyroid conditions, gut health concerns, oncology-related nutrition needs, and weight management. I focus on personalized, root-cause-focused care that supports long-term health while helping clients build a positive, sustainable relationship with food. When helpful, I incorporate functional lab testing to further individualize care.
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not restrictive. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and empowered in your health journey so you can make choices that feel good and truly work for your life.
I take an integrative, root-cause approach to nutrition—looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s really happening in your body. By exploring your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and functional lab testing (when appropriate), I get a clear picture of what your body needs. Together, we build a personalized strategy focused on realistic and sustainable changes that fit your life, support your health, and help you build a healthier, more confident relationship with food.
