Vendela Rogers, MS, RD, LDN
Hi, I’m Vendela—registered dietitian, food-relationship advocate, and believer that nutrition is deeply personal. I earned my master’s degree and completed a rigorous two-year combined master’s program and dietetic internship in the heart of Boston, where I trained across diverse clinical and community settings. Since then, I’ve spent the past year working hands-on with a wide range of clients and conditions, gaining the practical experience that shapes my approach today.
My goal is simple: to work with you, not at you. I’m here to help you build a positive, sustainable relationship with food while keeping your individual goals front and center. Whether you’re looking to make small, meaningful shifts to support your health, or you’re navigating a new diagnosis like celiac disease, I’m committed to guiding you with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care.
My passion for nutrition comes from my own journey—including food allergies, intolerances, and periods of unhealthy eating patterns. Those experiences help me meet clients with empathy and understanding, and they fuel my desire to create a welcoming, judgment-free space for every person I work with.
I’d be honored to support you on your path toward feeling better, living better, and finding confidence and joy in the way you nourish yourself.
I care to work collaboratively with my clients. We create an individualized plan together that best suits you, your needs, and your goals. I want to curate a space where you have a positive relationship with food.
