Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with 30 years of experience supporting clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics at Mississippi State University. I then completed my Internship at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. I worked at St. Dominic Hospital for 26 years before moving to G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center to work in Outpatient Nutrition Services. I recently became Board Certified in Obesity and Weight Management as well.
A little about myself…In my spare time, I love to travel, do Reformer Pilates and ride my bike. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. My family and I love a good game night as well!
I believe it is never too late or too early to strive to live a healthier life. I also believe gradual changes are key to substantial health gains. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
