She is currently a PhD candidate in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University and holds two master’s degrees in nutrition and dietetics. Tatiana is also certified as a Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), specializing in complex medical conditions that require specialized care.
With over 7 years of experience, Tatiana has worked in hospitals across intensive care units, surgery and trauma floors, and long-term care settings. She also provides outpatient and telehealth nutrition counseling, supporting clients with digestive issues, chronic diseases, and nutrition-related challenges like diabetes, heart health, kidney disease, or unexplained GI symptoms. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s story and goals.
