With over seven years of professional experience, I have developed a versatile skill set across various domains of dietetics. I offer a variety of focus areas including medical nutrition therapy for different disease states, short term meal plans, grocery shopping guidance, meal preparations, and even pantry audits and cooking demos! Growing up in a small town on the border of Mexico to Middle Eastern immigrant parents, I've developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultural influences. I'm able to counsel with extensive knowledge regarding different food cultures while also individualizing. I am notorious for arming my clients with the tools necessary to navigate the world of food so that healthy living is not only accessible, but enjoyable. With a genuine love of all things food related, I firmly believe in the transformative power of nutrition. We spend so much of our time around food, why not enjoy it!
