Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps people move away from food stress and toward feeling balanced, nourished, and more connected to their body.

If you’re tired of overthinking food, feeling “all or nothing,” or constantly starting over—I get it. I work with individuals who want to improve their relationship with food, feel better in their body, and create more consistency without restriction. This often includes those navigating digestive issues, busy/stressful schedules, or a history of dieting.

My approach focuses on mindful eating, balanced meals, and simple routines that support your energy, digestion, and overall well-being—without rigid rules.

I bring a strong clinical background (renal, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and general medicine), along with experience in sports nutrition. I especially enjoy supporting active individuals and former athletes who may be struggling with body image, performance fueling, or finding balance with food again.

Our work together will always feel practical, realistic, and tailored to your life—not a textbook plan.
