This often includes those navigating digestive issues, busy/stressful schedules, or a history of dieting.
My approach focuses on mindful eating, balanced meals, and simple routines that support your energy, digestion, and overall well-being—without rigid rules.
I bring a strong clinical background (renal, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and general medicine), along with experience in sports nutrition. I especially enjoy supporting active individuals and former athletes who may be struggling with body image, performance fueling, or finding balance with food again.
