Background

I’m a registered dietitian with a passion for making nutrition both approachable and effective. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and completed my dietetic internship at East Carolina University. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting, supporting patients through complex medical challenges and helping them use food as a tool for healing.

Now, I’m excited to bring that experience into counseling. My expectation is simple: to meet you where you are and help you create realistic, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. I believe nutrition isn’t about perfection or restriction—it’s about building a healthy relationship with food while still enjoying the things you love. I’ll provide evidence-based guidance, but also encouragement and accountability, so you feel supported every step of the way.

A little about me personally: I’m a proud Clemson alum, coffee lover, and someone who knows the power of balance—yes, vegetables and pizza can both have a place on your plate! I’m driven by helping people feel more confident in their health and choices, and I love watching clients discover how small changes can make a big difference.

If you’re ready to take the guesswork out of nutrition and build a plan that actually works for you, I’d love to be part of your journey! :)
