I know how frustrating it can be being told by doctors that there is nothing to be done about your digestive issues and feeling that you will have to live with it. I am here to listen to you and help in anyway I can. I tend to take a more mindful and intuitive eating approach to dietary changes in general. My overall goal for you is to find a balance with what you are eating that is good for your body while still consuming foods you enjoy. I have a Master's degree in Functional Medicine and Nutrition, a degree in culinary arts, completed a 2 year herbal studies program, and I am a yoga teacher.
"Unlike most dietitian I have a degree in culinary nutrition, this means that I studied not only dietetics, but how to create delicious food and can teach you to do the same! I specialize in gastrointestinal issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and other functional digestive disorders. After suffering from gastrointestinal distress for years myself I find this to be foundational for overall health."
