Background

Helping Kids, Teens, Adults & Families build healthy relationships with food and their bodies!

My approach is warm, collaborative, non-diet, neurodiverse-affirming, and rooted in helping clients feel safe and understood without judgment.

I specialize in pediatric eating disorders and ARFID. I help kids, teens, adults, and families move away from fear, restriction, stress, and overthinking around food so they can get back to living a fuller life. My goal is not just helping clients “eat better,” but helping them feel mentally freer, more confident, more flexible, and more at peace with food and their bodies.

I understand how overwhelming eating disorders can feel for both individuals and families, and my goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and hopeful. I also support parents and caregivers in feeling more confident and less alone during the recovery process.

I provide practical tools, compassionate support, and evidence-based care to help clients break free from disordered eating thoughts, patterns, and behaviors while rebuilding trust with their bodies and restoring joy back into eating and everyday life.

I support clients through all stages of care: whether you’re just beginning to notice concerns, stepping down from PHP/IOP/residential treatment, or looking for ongoing outpatient support. I also collaborate closely with therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, and higher levels of care when needed to ensure comprehensive support.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me soaking up sunshine with my family, biking, gardening, exploring local hikes, or occasionally sneaking away for white water rafting adventures.🌈

Approach

My approach is non-diet and non-weight focused, and rooted in intuitive and mindful eating. There’s no pressure, no shame, and zero judgement. Instead, I focus on helping you reduce "food noise" and provide you tools that actually work and leave you feeling joyful! Eating will soon start to feel more natural and less overwhelming. Everything we do is collaborative and tailored to where you (or your child) are right now.

Clients consistently describe Jane as warm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Many highlight noticeable improvements in their eating habits, energy, and confidence after just a few weeks of working with her.

While a handful of clients hoped for more structured follow‑up, the vast majority praise her for setting realistic goals and explaining nutrition in a way that finally “clicks.”
