I’m a registered dietitian (MS, RD, CNSC) with 13 years of experience ranging from oncology to general wellness nutrition to tube feeding and TPN (IV nutrition). I blend strong clinical knowledge with a very realistic, everyday approach to eating. I love wholesome, plant-based ingredients AND nostalgic comfort foods, and I believe food should nourish the body while also bringing joy, connection, and normalcy.
As a mom, I understand how nutrition has to fit into real life—whether you’re cooking elaborate meals or pulling together something balanced in 20 minutes. I love getting kids involved in the kitchen and helping families build sustainable, low-stress routines around food.
We can work together to optimize diet to reduce your risk for chronic disease, manage symptoms of disease states (like cancer) or life stages (like menopause), and help you feel your best.
I love supporting clients using GLP-1 medications. These medications can be a powerful tool for weight management, but they also make people especially vulnerable to under-fueling, muscle loss, and GI side effects. I provide compassionate, practical nutrition support to help you feel nourished and strong throughout your journey.
I also support individuals receiving nutrition through a feeding tube. My passion is both professional and deeply personal. My son had a feeding tube and was prescribed a strict schedule that took the humanity out of feeding. That experience shaped my belief that people with feeding tubes deserve a more normal, flexible approach whenever possible. I feel strongly about blenderized tube feeding and work closely with families to safely incorporate blended foods in ways that honor both nutrition and quality of life.
What working with me looks like: We’ll start with an initial consult where I get to know you, your goals, and what your typical nutrition looks like. From there, we’ll work together to identify what changes you want to make and what obstacles are getting in the way. Each session includes clear, actionable goals so progress feels realistic and within reach.
When I’m not working, I live in the desert with my husband and daughter. You can usually find me baking with my daughter, walking the neighborhood as a family, or knitting on the couch. My love language is good food—and I’d be honored to support you in finding a way of eating that truly works for you.
With 13 years of experience as a dietitian with experience ranging from clinical to wellness nutrition, I have a very real-life approach to nutrition. I believe meals are meant to nourish us, connect us, and be enjoyed. Whether you’re navigating plant-based eating, GLP-1s, a busy family schedule, or even blenderized tube feeding, I am here to help you find a balance that helps you meet your goals and fits into your life.
