Meet Sarah Hall: I am a passionate, fun-loving RDN who takes an empathetic, judgement free approach. I have a special love for sports nutrition, working with athletes or those training for races and challenges as I spent most of my life as an athlete and spent time working as an RD in an elite training center. As a type 1 diabetic I have a great enthusiasm for any and all diabetes patients, I understand the struggles and what it can take to manage. I love working with weight loss, women’s health, behavioral struggles, and plant-based vegan/vegetarian clients and in my years of experience have seen amazing results through my approaches! After a session with me you can expect to feel more confident in your goals and capabilities. We’ll meet biweekly, weekly, or even monthly, so a large focus is to ensure that you are clear on our goals and equipped with the knowledge, and strategy to achieve what we plan. It happened for me years ago when I became, plant-based, though this rarely comes up for clients, no stress if you aren’t (my advice isn’t plant-based unless you ask it to be)!
