Sarah Byers, RD

I have been a Registered Dietitian for nearly 20 years, working in various fields of dietetics. Over these years I have been blessed with five beautiful children whom I raise with my wonderful husband of almost 20 years. My aim is to send each one of them into a world full of nutritional knowledge and empathy so that they may enrich the lives of all who they encounter. One area of dietetics that has always been a specialty and favorite of mine is one-on-one nutrition counseling. I truly enjoy getting to know people and helping them reach their health goals. The light in their eyes when they see the benefits that small changes can provide them is a rewarding experience that I hope to share with many more before my career is done.
