I am a Registered Dietitian and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, with 37 years of experience helping individuals to achieve their health and nutrition goals.   As you begin your journey, I will meet you where you are in a positive, non-judgemental manner.   I believe in a personalized approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes, so we will work together to create a plan that works best for you.  My goal is to help you build the confidence and habits necessary to take control of your well-being for a lifetime.

We are a team.  You are in the driver’s seat.  I am here to provide you with support, guidance and accountability.  We will work together to create a plan that makes sense to you - starting by taking the small steps necessary to build a strong foundation.  We will build on this foundation as we work towards achieving the long-term health and nutrition goals that are important to you.  And we will build in a way that makes the healthy changes you are making sustainable not only for the short term, but sustainable for the long term.  In the words of  Lao Tzu, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”   I am looking forward to taking that step with you !!

As a Registered Dietitian I have the knowledge and experience to help you with all things nutrition.  I pride myself on keeping up with the latest nutrition research and best practices.  With my experience as a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach I am also well-versed in behavior change and motivational interviewing techniques - which are a wonderful compliment to our nutrition plan.

A Little About Me

My husband and I have been married for 31 years.  We have raised 3 amazing children: a kindergarten teacher, a cast member at Walt Disney World and a pilot.  And we are dog parents to a rescue dog: the sweetest Shih Tzu Maltese mix. Outside of my practice I enjoy reading, baking, taking walks with my dog and traveling.  I have learned from personal experience that life is short, and you never know what tomorrow may bring.  So I live my life to the fullest, appreciating and being grateful for all that I have in my life.

My Drive

My drive comes from wanting to help individuals to transform their lives.  As a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach, I believe that lasting health is built on a foundation of knowledge, empowerment and behavioral change. I provide the expert nutritional guidance clients need, while also creating a supportive, non-judgmental space for them to explore their motivations and overcome obstacles. My mission is to help clients build the confidence and habits necessary to take control of their well-being for a lifetime.
