Whether you’re deeply motivated or just starting to find your “why,” I’ll help uncover what drives you at your core. My expertise lies in setting manageable goals, building confidence, and creating sustainable habits—one step at a time.

My inspiration to become a dietitian started with my great aunt, an RD in the 1950s. Her stories of empowering people throughout her career to achieve their goals resonated deeply with me. For me, being a dietitian isn’t just a job; it’s a calling to guide clients toward success, helping them reach their aspirations, which they can sustain for a lifetime. 

I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!). My graduate research focused on using telehealth to promote small behavior changes in children through tailored health messaging. 

Over the past decade, I’ve specialized in bariatrics, a field I truly love. Supporting clients through their bariatric journey is uniquely rewarding, as I am able to witness their transformation on every level—physical, emotional, and mental. Helping clients rediscover their true personalities and hear them say they finally feel like themselves again is an unparalleled experience. The speciality of bariatrics allows me to form deep, lasting connections with my clients as I guide them through some of the most meaningful changes of their lives - but this can certainly be applied to many individuals outside of the bariatric space as well. 

When I’m not working, I love woodworking with my partner. Together, we build “mud kitchens” for kids—projects that let me use the creative side of my brain after sitting at a desk all day, while also absorbing some of that good Vitamin D! I also adore spending time with my two mischievous orange kittens, who bring endless joy to my day.
