Background

Hello! My name is Sage Simon and I have been a Registered Dietitian for 3 years! I received my B.S. in Dietetics in 2021, and my M.S. in Nutritional Sciences in 2022 from Case Western University. Being an honors student and working my way to becoming the president of the Honors Program during my senior year of my B.S. program, I have worked extremely hard to give my clients the best possible nutrition advice, goals practices!

I believe in cultivating the mindset of creating a healthy lifestyle versus following a typical diet culture mindset. Integrating the nutrition practices that we will work through into your lifestyle aids in making life-long changes in your health, and that is my passion! Sticking to your nutrition goals is more than just learning the nutrition information. Although important, we will also work on behavior change. Meeting you where you are right now, we start by making small, feasible goals that we will perfect before making further goals. Taking into account your current lifestyle / day-to-day, we will create your goals to fit within your unique needs, schedule, etc.

MY biggest passion in life is helping YOU feel your absolute best through nutrition and wellness practices. Being a very caring, empathetic and dedicated individual, I am truly committed to helping you reach your goals. I also pride myself in being relatable and trust-worthy, creating a judgement-free zone that ensures comfortability and personable conversations.
