I have been a Registered Dietitian for almost a decade. I received my Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education and completed my Dietetic Internship at Teacher’s College Columbia University. I began and have spent most of my career in the weight loss and bariatric space, and have also worked in many areas including medically managed weight loss, prenatal/postpartum, family nutrition, and prediabetes. I have extensive experience in counseling, in person and virtually, and developing nutrition content and programming. I use empathy and compassion in my practice and guide clients without judgement. As a a mom of 3, I put my nutrition knowledge and values into practice every day to build a healthy home and habits.
