Background

Hi, I’m Peyton, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I bring a thoughtful, grounded presence to every session I lead. With a background in clinical dietetics and behavior change, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and real. Whether you're navigating change, craving clarity, or just need a space to breathe and reconnect with yourself, I am here to meet you where you’re at while providing evidence-based nutrition therapy.

In our time together, you can expect an approach that’s honest, intuitive, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all guidance — I meet you where you are. You’ll be held with care and without judgment. Whether we’re working through a specific challenge or exploring deeper patterns, I’m here to support your growth and offer tools that actually fit your lifestyle.

A little about me: My love for nutrition started in college, where I played soccer. It was difficult being on my own for the first time and having to balance school, sports, and social life. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree at Gettysburg College in Health Sciences with a Business minor. I then decided to pursue my love for nutrition as a career path and obtained my Masters of Sciences from the Friedman School at Tufts University. Additionally, I completed the Didactic Program of Dietetics at Simmons University. I completed my Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I now work as a clinical dietitian in the inpatient setting.

Outside of sessions, you might find me trying new coffee shops/restaurants, hanging with friends and family, or at workout classes. Ultimately, I do this work because I believe in your capacity to heal, evolve, and thrive — and I feel honored to walk alongside you on your health journey!

Let’s begin when you’re ready — I’m here for you!
