I have been a dietitian for over 8 years. After getting both my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nutrition, I started working in a hospital on the oncology floor, where my strengths in providing highly compassionate care in difficult settings propelled me to the top of my department where I remained for several years, through the healthcare crisis as well as my own cancer diagnosis at the age of 26. I learned the healthcare system from a different side, this time from a patient lens which radically changed my perception and my life's mission.
After becoming board-certified in Oncology Nutrition, I moved across the country to immerse myself in nature, and started my own practice focusing predominantly on young cancer patients such as myself, and felt uniquely more aligned to this than any "job" I've ever had before. Through this pivotal period in my life, I also took time off from the grind to learn more about Women's health and hormones, intuitive eating, gut health, and plant-based nutrition. I feel extremely blessed to have found my passion so early in life, and help clients improve their lives through food, joyful movement, and self-compassion. I love discussing hard topics with a light-hearted determination to help. I do very well in crisis situations and nothing is too hard, or too dark, for me to help you handle. I excel at helping clients understand what is actually going in their body when they are experiencing symptoms, and learn to get back in touch in order to heal themselves, from hormonal imbalances to gut issues, and anything in between.
