Hi, I’m Nichole Dooling, a Registered Dietitian who supports individuals and families in building a more balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition.
My path into nutrition started with a personal interest in creating simple, nourishing meals and grew over time as I navigated life as a runner, mother, and caregiver. Through those experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for how nutrition fits into real life — not just in theory, but in the day-to-day routines of busy families.
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked as a speech therapist with children with autism. That background continues to shape how I approach care today, with a focus on meeting clients where they are, creating a supportive environment, and recognizing how factors like stress and life experiences can influence eating habits and overall health.
Whether you’re navigating a specific health concern or simply looking for more ease and confidence around food, I’m here to support you with practical guidance and a personalized approach.
I take a gentle, flexible approach to nutrition. Rather than focusing heavily on numbers or strict rules, I help clients tune into their bodies, build balanced meals, and develop habits that feel realistic and sustainable. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, not judged, and where progress can happen at a comfortable pace.
