Background
Mitchell Duross is a licensed registered dietitian, public health practitioner, and certified strength and conditioning specialist specializing in clinical sports and performance nutrition. He attended the University of Kentucky, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and his graduate degree in public health. Mitchell joins Fay, having served in two outpatient clinics within UKHealthCare, where he provided specialized care in weight management, relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), disordered eating, and eating disorders. Beyond his specialties in the field, he has worked with patients of all ages and conditions, and after a decade of experience in public health, fitness, and nutrition, Mitchell is excited to partner with Fay to offer his services on a larger platform.
