Background

Hi there! I’m Megan, a registered dietitian and exercise specialist who believes nutrition should make sense and fit real life. In our sessions, you can expect a comfortable, conversational approach where I’ll help you understand why nutrition works the way it does and not just what to do. My goal is for you to walk away not only with practical strategies you can apply right away, but also with the confidence and knowledge to stay motivated long-term.

I specialize in weight management, sports nutrition, women’s health (including perimenopause and menopause), and nutrition education. With a background in exercise science and years of experience as both a dietitian and trainer, I love helping clients bridge the gap between food, movement, and mindset.

Academically, I have a bachelors in exercise science, and a bachelors in nutrition and dietetics. I am proud to have been nominated as “Best Dietitian in La Crosse County” two years in a row early in my career. I also taught as an adjunct instructor for a few semesters and continue to stay active in both the nutrition and fitness worlds.

Outside of work, I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart and mom to our energetic three-year-old son, with a baby girl joining the family in February 2026! We share our home with our loyal German Shepherd, Taz, and love spending time outdoors as a family. When I get a quiet moment, you can usually find me crocheting or sipping coffee on the couch.

I became a dietitian because I was fascinated by how our bodies work and how food truly fuels everything we do. That curiosity turned into a deep appreciation for the human body and a passion to help others feel that same sense of empowerment through understanding and applying nutrition in their own lives.
