Hi, I’m Megan Barriger, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree and a passion for helping people feel their best- inside and out. I’ve been practicing since 2004, and over the years learned true wellness is about more than what’s on your plate. It’s about balance, joy, and creating habits that nourish both mind and body that continues to change with the season of life you are in.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen baking whole grain bread, in the garden, or cooking with local vegetables. I love bringing vibrancy to the plate - and this is easily done no matter the budget.
Movement is another big part of my life- though it’s taken me years to get here. Pilates and yoga help me stay strong and balanced so I can tackle life as a busy, working parent. I know how to be successful even when it feels like it’s impossible. My goal is to make nutrition approachable, kind, and enjoyable for everyone.
