Hello! My name Maritza Orozco-Reyes, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who believes that balance, not

perfection is the key to lasting health. Based in beautiful Colorado, I help individuals

navigate nutrition, diabetes management, and healthy living with a realistic, supportive,

and results-driven approach.

As a Latina woman, I am known for my direct and honest communication style, I

empower my clients to take clear, practical steps toward better health. I combine

evidence-based nutrition guidance with real-world strategies that fit into everyday life.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and are passionate about making nutrition
