As someone who’s struggled with being overweight for most of my life, I know firsthand how frustrating and difficult losing weight can be. I spent years trying (and failing at) diets, programs, infomercial workouts, medications; you name it, I tried it. And while I had some progress here and there, none of it stuck.
When I became a mom, I was determined to find something that would stick and turn my life around. That’s when I decided to become a registered dietitian. What better choice to help me understand what it takes to get healthy, right?
Several years and many failed attempts later, I’ve finally met my personal goals and am still maintaining my results.
