Background

Hi, I’m Madeline — a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and several years of experience working in high-acuity hospital settings across the country. My clinical background includes specialized work in transplant, ICU, oncology, surgical, and med-surg units, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical nutrition therapy.

While I valued the pace and complexity of inpatient care, I’ve always felt a deep desire to spend more meaningful time with clients — helping them understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel empowered in their relationship with food. Private practice allows me to do just that.

My approach is rooted in Integrative & Functional Medicine, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle habits that support both physical and mental well-being. I meet clients where they are and collaborate to create realistic, individualized care plans. I truly believe food is medicine — and that healing begins when we take the time to understand each person’s unique story: culturally, emotionally, and physically.

I’m Greek and Italian, and I grew up surrounded by food — both at home and in my family’s Mediterranean food business. My own health journey and the care I received from dietitians and therapists who changed my life continue to fuel my passion for this work. I love helping people reconnect with food in a way that feels nourishing, joyful, and sustainable.

If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable partner in your health & wellness journey, I’d be honored to work with you.
