As a Registered Dietitian, I take a holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on the whole person and helping clients set small, realistic goals that feel doable and empowering. I believe wellness goes far beyond food—it’s about finding balance and joy in everyday life. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me trying out new recipes, paddleboarding, or working on a renovation project with my husband.
