Background

As a registered dietitian, mental health counselor, and Pilates instructor; I take a holistic approach when working with my clients and their health and wellness goals.

My goal is to help my clients realign their body from the inside out; honor their story, optimize healthy nutrition, renew their mindset, and create daily rhythms that help support their goals.

I am passionate about helping people heal from eating disorders, disordered eating, and an unhealthy relationship with food.  I am equally passionate about helping people improve their mental health.  I believe that nutrition and movement are powerful tools when working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, adhd, insomnia, fatigue, and brain fog.

I am focused on whole-person wellness and I have continued my education receiving certification in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy, Mental Health Integrative Medicine, Integrative Medicine for PTSD and Complex Trauma, as well as Integrative Somatic Parts Work (Internal Family Systems).

I am a military spouse, a mom of two, and a gal who personally understands the benefit of holistic (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational) health.  I have traveled the world, lived on three different continents, become a life-long learner, and found my way back to Colorado! I love finding margin in life and creating space to do all the things that I love- including volunteering at my kids school, hosting bible study, Pilates (of course), and getting as much fresh air and sunshine as I can!

Let’s work together!

Jane completely changed how I think about food. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense.
