I’m a Registered Dietitian and ACE-certified personal trainer passionate about helping individuals build healthier relationships with food, movement, and their bodies through compassionate, evidence-based care. With a unique background that combines clinical nutrition, business strategy, and fitness, I take a whole-person approach that meets you where you are—whether you're managing a health condition, pursuing preventive care, or simply striving for more balance in your daily life.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, spending quality time with my family, or getting outside. I love swimming, rollerskating, and taking long walks in nature—they’re my favorite ways to recharge and reconnect. I believe joy and movement go hand in hand, and that’s a spirit I bring into the care I provide.
